Delete your CheckAmm account

Delete it yourself in the app

1. Open the CheckAmm app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, then Privacy & Security.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Enter your password to confirm.

You can also do this on the web: sign in at use.checkamm.app, open Profile, then Delete account.

Can't sign in? Ask us to delete it

Email gadgetvaultofficial1@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my CheckAmm account". Include your username or phone number so we can find it. We will confirm it is you and delete the account, normally within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, sign-in details, notification settings and activity.
• The devices in your vault, their photos, ownership and transfer history.
• Your marketplace listings, comments, likes, follows, messages and conversations.
• Your feedback, support requests and security logs.

What we may keep

Two kinds of record are kept because the safety of other people and the law require it: lost and stolen device reports, and payment records. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone. An active paid plan is not refunded when the account is deleted, so cancel it first if you want to stop being charged.
